Elkhorn campground in Frankfort KY

We set our next destination to see the Budweiser Clydesdales, decided to stop for the night at Elkhorn campground outside Frankfort. The trees are not as tall as what we were seeing in North Carolina but the green meadows have be real nice sights during this leg of the trip. The campground is nice, a little tightly spaced and across the creek from a nice looking neighborhood. The store had some treats and was fun to see a tin man and train made from cans, brings back fond memories of the projects my dad used to make.

Good night!
