We rolled into Fort Stockton yesterday and the oil business has been booming, bursting at the seams and there were no campgrounds to be found. Many Walmart stores are not allowing overnight parking but in Fort Stockton they were and the lot was nearly full of RVs! We found a spot and went in and bought some groceries for the next several days.

Today, we decided to go see the Annie Riggs museum to learn more about the area as well as the storied history on this old west hotel before heading south.
